We have the Terminator as governor, and we had an actor as president, so why shouldn't we have a fashion designer as a senator?

Ford's New Beginnings

Tom Ford may have left Gucci, but he didn't retire long. He is going full bore into men's wear. His flagship store opened April 2007 on Madison Ave. in Manhattan. It is a beautiful two-story gorgeous store. The rooms are set-up as if you were in a large estate home instead of a store, each room is beautifully appointed.

Ford is known for his expertise in creating marketing campaigns and his no-holds-barred attitudes comes through in the lovely and provocative campaign he created to introduce the fall 2008 mens wear line.  It was controversial and censured in many spots and is one of the most viewed campaigns on the Internet according to Views on Fashion Magazine.

Designing for Bond

The new Bond crew decided to update James Bond's looks and commissioned Ford's expertise to add finesse to the Bond character.  Daniel Craig is the new Bond and he loves Ford designs.
